Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.

We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of a monthly subscription period.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 30 days before the end of the contracted term. If notice is not provided within this period, the subscription will automatically renew for a further annual term.

Early termination of an annual subscription before the end of the contracted term does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods unless: (a) we have materially failed to deliver the agreed services and have not remedied the failure within a reasonable period following written notice; or (b) a refund has been expressly agreed in writing between the parties.

Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you materially breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid fees covering the period after termination.

To cancel your subscription, send a written cancellation request to [email protected], including your organisation name and the subscription you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date within 5 business days.

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
